The cycle

Four activations a year

Three Blueprint Conversations and one Space Congress, every year, on the same calendar. The conversations are small and working. Congress is the whole state.

BETA TESTING:
Each conversation runs on the same voting platform Congress uses, so by April the room already knows the tool and the tools has already been tested.

WHERE IT LEADS

Every initiative maps to the Blueprint. The Arizona Space Economy Coalition came out of the coordination gap. SOVERYN and Space 48 came out of the narrative gap. What the conversations surface this year sets the agenda for Space Congress, Arizona in April.

The Blueprint showed us what Arizona has. The Conversations reveal what we need. Congress determines what we build together.
