Blueprint Conversations

Four times a year the people building Arizona’s space economy meet in one room. Three working conversations and one Congress. What the room says adds to the Blueprint, and the Blueprint decides what gets built.

Four activations a year

Three Blueprint Conversations and one Space Congress, every year, on the same calendar. The conversations are small and working. Congress is the whole state. Each conversation runs on the same voting platform Congress uses, so by April the room already knows the tool and the tools has already been tested.

What we heard

The last room’s answers, on the record.

HOW IT WORKS

Each conversation opens on a question left over from the last one. Partners take the question in their own sector and answer it in front of the room. The vote runs live. Priorities are ranked the same day, and a person approves every line before it publishes.

Who’s building it

The companies already doing the work, named.

What we’re hearing

The room’s input, captured live.

What needs building

The gap the room agrees on.

What moves forward

The priority that carries into Congress

Anyone can apply

Applications are open. We accept through registration so the room stays balanced across industry, government, universities, and capital. Between 30-60 people, by design.

WHO' S IN THE ROOM

Open application, curated room

Partners participate

Each partner takes one question in their sector and answers it in front of the room, on the record. That is the sponsorship.

Everyone leaves with the record

The synthesis goes out after each conversation. What the room said is what gets published, and it carries into the Blueprint.

NEXT CONVERSATION

Conversation 001 - Space Coordination

University of Arizona Scottsdale Center - Tuesday, September 22, 2026 - 5:00-6:30 pm

Who is coordinating Arizona’s space economy, what is already connected, and what is still running on its own. Bring what you are building.

WHERE IT LEADS

The Blueprint showed us what Arizona has. The Conversations reveal what we need. Congress determines what we build together.

University of Arizona Scottsdale Center - Tuesday, September 22, 2026 - 5:00-6:30 pm

Every initiative maps to the Blueprint. The Arizona Space Economy Coalition came out of the coordination gap. SOVERYN and Space came out of the narrative gap. What the conversations surface this year sets the agenda for Space Congress, Arizona in April.
